Sabiki fishing tips

Sabiki rigs work best when fished straight down from a dock or off a boat. Keep a few different sizes of rigs. The smaller the fish you are after, the smaller the hook you'll need. It's best to start off with the smallest size you have. If you can feel the fish biting the rig but aren't catching any, or if you're hooking the fish but they fall off, change to a larger size. Drop the rig to the bottom so that the weight is on the bottom but the rig is suspended above the bottom. Don't move it around very much at all. If nothing bites after a couple of minutes, raise the rig about half way to the surface. When you feel the fish biting, don't reel it in right away. Leave it a few minutes to give other fish time to bite the rest of the hooks.Good luck!
